Cancellation Policy:

Full fair including gratuity, will be billed if a cancelation occurs less then 4 hours before the schuduled pick up time or flight arrival. Full fare, including gratuity will be billed if the passenger fails to be at the desingated driver meeting area. If you cannot locate your driver, call Arrow Limousine at 888-738-0779. To avoid being charged as a No-Show, do not leave your location without comunicating with Arrow Limousine. No show charges may apply to any late cancelations or dismisla of vehicle. No Show Charges: Passenger will be charged the full amount for no show pick ups. If no call is made to cancel reservation and driver shows up for pick up, you will be charged for the full fare if you do not arrive. Arrow Limousine is not responsible for service delayed or not redered due to weather or other circumstances beyond its control. Arrow Limousine does not guarantee vehicle availablity or price for reservation changes.

Limitations of Liability:

We are not responsible for:

1. Loss or damage to luggage worth more than $250, including contents.
2. Carry-on items may be damaged in transit.
3. Cash, jewelry and computers.

In no event shall Arrow Limousine Service or any of its affiliates, or any of their officers, directors, employees, agents, representatives, information providers or licensors be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or other damages (regardless of the form of action) arising out of (i) use of the service by any person, including but not limited to, any damage caused by any reliance on, or any delays, inaccuracies, errors or omissions in, any information and content accessed over the service, (ii) any use or inability to use the service for whatever reason, including but not limited to communications failure or any other failure with transmission or delivery of any information accessed through the service, or (iii) any goods or service discussed, purchased or obtained, directly or indirectly, through the service, in each case even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California and the Federal Arbitration Act, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of laws, and you hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts sitting in San Mateo County, California.
